Our interpreter, connected directly to the educational policy of Exploration, is the link between our audience and the environment. Meeting the learning needs and interests of children, we prepare a safe environment to encourage active participation, exploration and of course playing. Friendly and pleasant, we love to collaborate and communicate with various types of groups, creating unique cultural experiences with our guests!

At Exploration we support new ideas by offering the opportunity to study and develop them in a in a non-profit environment. We collaborate with students for internships who be evolved in the field of cultural education. Through the internship, we carry out scientific research and develop our skills with the guidance and cooperation of renowned ECM colleagues and associates.

ECM's volunteer is in the first place in our Museum! Respecting the needs and interests of each volunteer, we offer volunteer jobs in all areas of our Museum in order to fulfill our mission. Enhancing the interdisciplinary and multicultural character of our Museum, we invite people of all ages to actively participate in our cultural and educational services in order to create our own community, to develop the children's museum of our city.
